The way I feel about The Coffee Bean is similar to how I feel about Starbucks. The tea is usually brewed well and tastes pretty good. The Coffee Bean usually has a few different types of black iced tea, but the only one I have tried is Pacific Coast.  My main complaint is that these types of coffee shops usually don’t give free refills.  When you are paying $3 or more for a drink, that takes minimal effort to prepare,  a refill doesn’t seem like a ridiculous thing to expect. The price at The Coffee Bean, I have found is a bit more reasonable than at Starbucks. Usually a large is just under $3.
